White Fig Balsamic Vinaigrette in a Mason Jar

This sweet and tangy vinaigrette pairs nicely with salads that call for strong cheeses and grilled meats. You can also use as a marinade or dipping sauce, too!  It pairs nicely with carrot sticks and cucumbers.

  • Makes: approximately 1/2 cup

WHITE FIG BALSAMIC VINAIGRETTE

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoon(s) Balsamic vinegar

  • 1 teaspoon(s) White fig preserves

  • Juice from 1/2 lemon

  • salt and pepper to taste

  • 1/4 cup(s) olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a small Mason jar, add the oil, vinegar, preserves, and lemon juice. Add salt and pepper to taste. Top with a reCAP POUR Mason jar lid, and shake well until well emulsified.
