By now, you've probably heard about the latest rage of fermenting (even though it is by no means a new practice). America has taken a bite into this crunchy, delicious, and good-for-you phenomena - and reCAP just made it WAY easier.

As part of The Art of Aperitivo, we decided to make an Italian classic, giardiniera – salty, crunchy, light, and the perfect nibble to accompany breads and charcuterie for an early evening of cocktails and company. The reCAP version is called Jar-diniera, and we used a POUR with a Classico Riserva Mason jar to create a fermentation solution that literally requires minimal attention. Our fermentation method is simple to prepare, set-up, monitor, and of course, enjoy.
